Before you call
What does an estimate cost?
Nothing. He looks at the job, talks through what you want, and puts a number in writing.
How far out are you booking?
It moves with the season — exteriors fill up spring through fall. Call and he will tell you where the calendar actually is.
What paint do you use?
Trade lines from the major manufacturers, matched to the surface. If you have a brand you prefer, say so.
Do I need to move furniture, or be home?
We move and cover what is in the way. You do not need to be there, as long as we can get in.
What about touch-ups afterwards?
Tell us and we come back. Small things get fixed rather than argued about.
